    1. Reviewed Quotes and decided on a vendor
    2. HOA Member Presented a Request to the board in regards to a structure on their property.  Discussion on who the structure belongs too and discussed what options are available to HOA Member
    3. HOA Member attended Meeting
    4. New Newsletter plan discussed.  Ami would head the committee

    1. Board briefly discussed that additional volunteers can be used for different committees, including communication help

      1. Ami requested to transfer the approved budget from the Savings to the Checking account minus any already paid for expenses
      2. The Board unanimously approved move from the saving to the checking

  1. Pest Control contract – Overdue with two payments because the company assumed that the Contract is automatic renewal.
  2. Board unanimously approved to continue mosquito spraying and and mention it in the newsletter
    1. Take away the auto-renewal
    2. Board approves to continue the remainder of Season
    3. Carmen to confirm that no auto renewal and determine organic and how friendly. Impact to Zika.
    4. Bob agreed to call the Montgomery County EPA to see if the county can help with the spray mosquito and ask about keeping bees
  3. Social

i.      Contact Flor to make sure if she is still available to support the Social Committee effort
