As summer projects get underway, the AECC would like to remind homeowners of their responsibility to obtain approval for all applicable work PRIOR to its commencement.
Information on items that need AECC approval, along with guidance on various aspects of property maintenance can be found within the Statement of Community Expectations document on the Flints Grove website.
An AECC form should be completed for each applicable project.
