| All Flints Grove community members are encouraged to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting & Board Elections, scheduled for Thursday July 30th at Westleigh Recreation Club. This year, we have two (2) Board positions open for election. However, in order to fill all current seats on the Board we need volunteers. If you would like to run for a Board position, please nominate yourself or a neighbor from the Flints Grove homeowner community. Print and sign proxy form and provide to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting. 2. Scan and email to the FGHOA Nominations Committee at management@flintsgrovehoa.org. 3. Mail to Vista Management Company, 12041 Bournefield Way, Suite C, Silver Spring, MD 20904. 4. Provide hard-copy to volunteers who will be walking the neighborhood to collect forms. Please consider opening your door to neighbors who may be volunteering their time to collect proxies!! Fear not, they will be carrying spare forms for you to sign. As a reminder, a quorum of 25% of all households is required for the election to proceed. Proxy Form Collection Commitment: 30mins+ Flexible between Jul 12-Jul 30 Duties: Collect proxy forms from homes, communicate with Management Company and Board Members on proxies collected.
