  • Tot-Lot Refreshed

    The Tot-Lot has recently been re-mulched and had some minor repairs tended to. We are still waiting for a replacement seat to be installed on the swing and hope to have this completed soon. In addition, we have added additional wood ties on top of the pre-existing ones to provide a better border for the space.  

  • Benches & Birdboxes Installed

    As many homeowners have likely seen, we have added four benches to the Flints Grove Trail and Pond area. Three benches sit on top of the berm, with the remaining bench nestled against the trail path just up the hill from the Tot-Lot.
